Other - Settings - Set up Jobs & Rates - Labour Rates

This section covers how to hide employees you don't want to see in the scheduler and how to re-order the list of employees.
To reduce the numbers of columns for ease of use untick the "Show rates in Grid". (Green box)

Hiding Employees in the Appointment Job Scheduler
To hide employees in the appointment scheduler we simply tick the "Hide in Appts"  checkbox

Hide employees in the Materials & Labour input screens
To hide employees in the inputs screens we tick the "Hide in Input" checkbox.

Setting the employee sort order
To set the order in which your employees appear in the appointment scheduler, simply number the employees in the order you want them to appear in the appointment scheduler.

When finished click on "Close" (Data is auto saved)
