View a Knowledge Base article (self help article)

In the portal . you will see a number of tabs
for this article click on the Knowledge Base tab






On the left hand side is the article list,  usually if it has a down arrow next to a topic
it means there are other articles (and usually sub headings) beneath




















You can also type in the search box what you are looking for,  you will get a list of articles that may suit

Click on the "Search" . icon at top right of the portal screen
to be taken to the search "Popup"
Type in your request














This will bring back the closest articles it can find


Note!  from within CostManager most screens now have a help button that will automatically take to the relevant help article.

    • View "Your Tickets"

      If you have signed in then if you click on the "My Area" . tab of the portal you will see any tickets you have submitted (and their state) You can then click on any ticket on the right hand side and view it,  escalate it,  add a note etc
