Update Price File



  Import your favourite wholesaler price file with one click                                                                                                                                                                                                           


We now offer a method of importing your favourite wholesaler price file into CostManager.  Our system allows the importation of 1 or 2 different wholesaler price files

The can be imported as a whole or filtered down by the suppliers required.  As the wholesaler file contains "your" nett prices and the list prices it is a much simpler process for you (and us) to keep them up to date

So what is required?

Essentially contact your branch manager and ask for an electronic price file (most if not all now do it)
we prefer it in csv format,  they usually have it setup for a couple of our competitors if our name isnt in their list,  this format is quite acceptable

Once setup,  we will require:

Login Address
Username
Password

Alternatively you can email to a special address we will issue you
then we will grab the file at least once per month and update your system (more often if you require it)

If you are a "Cloud" customer there is nothing left to do.
If a local computer customer,  then we will text or email you the day before requesting you leave the computer on the next day so we can access it

Either way once finished we will email the results
