To register a mobile device you must have the initials setup in CostManager
To do this go to
Settings - Jobs and Rates - Labour Rates
Add in an initial (if not already there)

(Note! If this an addition to the quantity you currently have with us then an invoice will be generated, if it is a replacement for an existing initial, you MUST advise us of the Initial and email address of the initial to be retired in the system, otherwise we will assume it is a new initial)
IMPORTANT - Please include the following
* Initials
* email address
* Full Name of employee
- WAIT for us to register and email you back with the details
- Once you have the email
- Download the app from the appstore (Apple or Google)
- Install the app
Now you must register it to the system
- Click on Register from the main menu
Once filled in, click on the "Accept Privacy Policy and Register
If correct you will see the following screen, if something is incorrect you will be returned to the main menu (without the register button)
close the app and try again
Once the initial sync is over the main menu will return
after a few seconds you should see a screen similar to this
Simply close the app and reopen and you are good to go
