From the appointment job scheduler do the following from the centre of the job to be moved into the "to be scheduled later"  section

Left click (Hold) and drag over the schedule later button and releases

The job will appear in the to be scheduled job list at the bottom of the page in job number order as it will have no scheduled date or time..
