Todo - Mobile Clients
Mobile users have the ability to add new customers to the Mobile App. But as these customers do not exist in CostManager, they will appear in this screen ready for processing.
Until you complete the process of adding this customer into your database, you will not be able to access Mobile Jobs. If you try to access Mobile Jobs with unprocessed new clients this message will appear:
Click on Mobile Clients
The new client will appear with the off yellow background, this will change to white the next time you view this screen.
You have 3 options to deal with this "New Client"
1: Find Client - Allows to search for the customer in CostManager. This maybe due to spelling errors or different initials for customer added. The client finder screen will appear allowing you to search for this client.
2: Add New - If you know this customer is a new client then you can select "Add New". Type in the "Client ID for new Client" and click "ADD New".
3: Use Existing - If you know this customer is an existing client then select "Use Existing" the clients details will be changed to the existing client details.
