Add Job/Quote - Estimate Details

You should fill in the cost and sell allowances from your quote or estimate takeoff. This will provide data for the progress report and for calculating the recommended progress claim. Further it will be of benefit when you later produce a detailed cost analysis of the job

If Retention is applicable to the job enter the retention percentage and the maximum percentage in the appropriate fields.  If a bank guarantee is offered in lieu of retention enter ‘Y’ in the Bank Guarantee field. This will be of great value when the automatic invoicing system is used as the calculation will be done automatically and stored in a retention's file.
