Other - Set up Pricing - Price File - Find Price
To search the price file you can type a partial id into the "Code", "Description" or "Barcode" and press enter.
To narrow the search down you can use the filters listed below; You can filter by Supplier, Brand or Group.
In this case we have searched for 2025 and selected 2025,BK.
The far right of the screen now displays all information relating to the item selected.
You can add a "Long Description" from this screen.
If you would like to change anything else relating to this item, then you will need to select the "EDIT" button at the bottom left of the screen. (Refer Below)
Stock on hand is shown in the bottom right hand side of the screen, which includes "On hand, Reorder level, Reorder quantity, Stocktake quantity and On order quantity".

Enable Mobile Selection
If you are using "CostManager Mobile App", then you need to select the items that you would like to appear in the price file on the Mobile App.
Firstly, select "Enable Mobile Selection" button, this will activate the 2 buttons on the right of this one.
You will now see "Select All" or "Clear All" buttons. "Select All" will automatically tick all items for mobile use in your price file list and "Clear All" will remove all items ticked for mobile use.
Also you are now be able to search for any item in the price file and place a tick in the "Show in Mobile" column (which is now activate) to select individual items.
Or you can use the "To Mobile" button (which is now activate). Simply select the number of items you want to go to the mobile app and select "To Mobile".
Costmanager will select your top 100 - 500 lines line items based on your usage data from CostManager.
