You can edit any field white has a white background. Please remember that if you have pricing updates provided to you by Costmanager then your supplier information will override any changes you may make except description and Cost if locked.
To lock description place a tick in the box directly to the right of the description field.
If you want this item to identified as "Plant" then you will need to place a tick in the box next to plant.
To lock the cost of this item, place a tick in the Cost lock box at the right hand end of the cost line.
Also you can select to add this item to mobile price file list and to your favourites list by ticking the boxes at the bottom right of your screen.
