Select Setup, Jobs & Rates, Breakup 3

Note!  If these sections are not active, go to “Other - Settings - Global Settings - Switch Settings” 

For Breakup 3 set SW(79) to “Y”. You can also set an abbreviated heading as well as a long description. The abbreviated heading appears in the list you select from.
This break up allows your to track where your customers are coming from. EG YPOL - Yellow pages on line (description to long) FB - Facebook, Web - Website, etc

Note! These fields are conditional if they are switched on then you must put something in them. Exit out of CostManager to save these settings. 

These sections are used to setup the “Breakup” descriptions. You can configure either of thissections in a variety of ways you advertise to get new customers.
It is generally used in sales reports It is important not to delete the “0 No Breakup” default entry. You can simply add or delete by using the buttons at the bottom of the page
