Select Settings, Jobs & Rates, Breakup 2

Note!  If these sections are not active, go to “Other - Settings - Global Settings - Switch Settings” 

For Breakup 2 set SW(16) to “Y”.  You can also set the Title of either to something more meaningful other than “Breakup” in this section.  

Note! These fields are conditional if they are switched on then you must put something in them. Exit out of CostManager to save these settings. 

These sections are used to setup the “Breakup” descriptions. You can configure either of these  sections in a variety of ways, such as area, supervisor, vans or any other method you can think of. 
It is generally used in sales reports It is important not to delete the “0 No Breakup” default entry.  You can simply add or delete by using the buttons at the bottom of the page.
