Add a Ticket

To add a ticket there are a few ways,  from within CostManager click on Support,  click on "Create Support Ticket"

You will be taken to the "Submit a ticket" section, to make it easier next time,  click on "Sign In" .

Now select a "Department" usually "Bug Support",  "Sales",  "Pricing" or "Training"
now fill in your email address,  the subject
and what you wish to write to us.
you "should" . set a priority and a classification (ie whether it is a question or problem etc) 
you can add any screenshots or other file types by clicking on attachments
when finished click on "Submit"
The ticket will be sent to us for review.  Generally we review these in 4 hour blocks so if the issue is urgent please call as well.
